Software Licenses

Lensiora Software

With every Lensiora Camera, you will receive two licenses for the Lensiora Software. This software must be installed on each computer you wish to use the camera with. Please note, the Lensiora software does not need to be installed on the server, only on the computers that will be using the Lensiora cameras.

The software is required to receive free lifetime technical support.

For example, if you have one camera and wish to use it on two computers, no additional licenses are required as each camera comes with two standard licenses. However, if you have two cameras and wish to use them on six computers, you will need to purchase an additional license pack to bring the total number of licenses to six. This way, the cameras can be easily moved and used on any of the six computers.

Example: 1 Camera used on 2 PCs

No additional licenses are needed as each camera comes with 2 licenses standard.

Example: 2 Cameras used on 6 PCs

2 Cameras include 4 licenses and an additional license pack (2 PC licenses per pack) will need to be added to bring the total number of licenses to 6.
The 2 cameras can then be moved freely in the office and be plugged in any of the 6 PCs.

Note: Your licenses will NEVER expire. Our support staff will help you migrate to new computers if needed.

Lensiora’s warranty includes one-year coverage from the purchase date, unless extended warranty has been purchased at the time of placing the order.

Lensiora is extending the warranty to protect against a single instance of accidental damage due to human error. This means that the warranty covers the first accidental damage incident only. Should any further accidents occur, they won’t be considered under the accidental damage protection. This policy is designed to offer peace of mind to the buyer as well as encourage careful handling of the Lensiora product after the first incident.

Lensiora is proud to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your camera for any reason, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then, simply use the ‘Start’ button in the Service Request section on the Support page to initiate the return process.

Please note that the camera must be in its original condition and include all accessories.
