Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot refund incomplete or used products (such as consumables partly used)
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact or customer service department.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for your returned item until it arrives at our facility, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please do not select signature-required delivery, as this can delay processing of your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
